Melissa Ziwicki, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Phillips Distilling Company since July 2021. Prior roles include HR Business Partner and Senior Human Resources Generalist at Sand Companies, Inc. from March 2015 to July 2021, as well as various HR positions at Country Manor Campus, CentraCare, Masterson Personnel, and Catholic Charities of the Diocese of St. Cloud. Melissa Ziwicki holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Rasmussen University, completed between 2008 and 2011.
