Phil Rhodes is an accomplished leader in talent development and organizational change with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Chief Learning Officer at Phillips 66 since August 2024, Rhodes strategically partners with business leaders to enhance talent and learning initiatives within a Fortune 20 multinational organization. Previously, Rhodes held significant leadership roles at WM, Sand Cherry, Comcast Corporation, Verizon, P. Rhodes Consulting, and the Peace Corps, driving transformative change and development in various settings. Rhodes holds advanced degrees in Organization Development and Business Psychology and has recently completed a certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from Cornell University.
