Marquita Davis currently serves as Senior Counsel - Finance at Phillips 66 since January 2023, following a role as Debt Finance Associate at White & Case LLP from May 2021 to December 2022 and as a Financial Transactions Associate at Perkins Coie LLP from May 2017 to May 2021. Marquita has extensive experience in representing lenders and borrowers in various debt financing transactions, including commercial, real estate, secured, and unsecured financings. Previous roles include Corporate Associate and Summer Associate at Faegre Baker Daniels LLP, Extern in Economic Law and Policy at the International Institute for Sustainable Development, and participation in various positions focused on community service and education. Marquita holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Michigan Law School, a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Tulane University, and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Carleton College.
