Albert C. currently serves as the Director of Projects for Midstream Engineering & Projects at Phillips 66 since April 2019 and has been an Adjunct Professor in Business/Management at San Jacinto College since August 2015. Previously, Albert C. held the position of Engineering Supervisor for the Gulf Region at Kinder Morgan, Inc. from January 2008 to April 2019 and served as a Technical Engineer and Instructor with the US Army from September 1999 to May 2007. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration with an emphasis on Engineering & Technology Management from Northcentral University, a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from Colorado Technical University, a Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Technology, Jamaica, and an MBA in Information Technology Management along with a Bachelor's in Business Administration emphasizing Information Technology Management from Touro University Worldwide.
