Spencer Gibson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare and operational management. Currently serving as Region Vice President at Philips since June 2015, Spencer oversees P&L performance and operational execution for the Houston Region, managing a team of 25 Field Service Engineers. Prior to this role, Spencer held positions including Account Manager for Philips Healthcare and was integral in leading strategic initiatives at Universal Hospital Services as Director of Imaging and Director of Health Systems North. Spencer's career at Philips began in 2001, progressing from Field Service Engineer to Director of Product Lifecycle Management, demonstrating a strong background in technical support and customer satisfaction. Additionally, Spencer operated a successful Taekwondo studio, significantly increasing student enrollment. Spencer holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University and is pursuing postgraduate studies in Business Administration at Sam Houston State University.
