Mark Lester Dela Cruz, MBA has a strong background in collections, with experience working in various insurance companies such as AXA Philippines, Pioneer Insurance, Paramount Life & General Insurance Corporation, and PNB General Insurers Company, Incorporated. Mark holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Universidad de Manila, obtained in July 2021, following their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing Management from the same university.
