Armand Cruz, CBCI, ITILv3, currently serves as the Head of Operational Risk at Equicom Savings Bank since July 2024. Prior to this role, Armand held several key positions including IT Service Continuity Management Lead and Operational Resilience Lead at AXA Philippines from November 2021, BCM Head at United Coconut Planters Bank from March 2021 to November 2021, Operational Risk Management Head at Philippine Bank of Communications from October 2019 to November 2020, and BCM Head at Bank of the Philippine Islands from March 2015 to October 2019. Armand holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Adamson University.
