Ma. Teresa Gaduyon is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over two decades, currently serving as the Head of Talent Planning and Recruitment at Philippine Veterans Bank since September 2017. Prior to this role, Gaduyon worked at Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) in various capacities, including HR Business Partner, where organizational structure, talent acquisition, development, and retention were primary responsibilities.
