Throughout the career at the bank, roles have included oversight of customer service operations, service quality, and training programs. Academic contributions include positions as Associate Professor and adjunct faculty at various institutions, coupled with practical experience in hospitality management at prestigious hotels. Mary Jane Valero holds a PhD in Psychology, an MA in Industrial Psychology, and a dual degree in Psychology and Guidance and Counseling from the University of Sto. Tomas and St. Scholastica's College.
