Regine Balicha is the current Head of Security Services & Safety Management Unit at Philippine Normal University. Regine has over 10 years of experience in security and investigation, and has been with their current organization for over 5 years. Prior to their current position, they were an Operations Manager with Kinjo Security & Investigation Inc, where they oversaw the daily operations of the company. Regine has also worked as a Human Resource Staff with Philippine Daily Inquirer.

Regine G. Balicha has a Master in Management Major in Security and Development Administration from Philippine Christian University, a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from Philipine College of Criminology, and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Polytechnic University of the Philippines. Regine is also certified by the Philippine Association of Detective & Protective Agency Operators Inc as a Certified Security Management Specialist, by the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission as a Registered Criminologist, and by the Phillipine Society for Industrial Security as a Certified Security Professional (CSP).
