Joan Salidumay Torres is an experienced administrative professional currently serving as an Executive Assistant at the Philippine Information Agency since June 2023, where responsibilities include managing the schedule of the Head Agency and overseeing administrative needs within the organization. Previously, Joan contributed as a Contributing Writer and Researcher for the Farm-to-Market Roads Network Plan project at Caraga State University, and held roles as a Project Assistant at KaISIPan and Korea IT Consulting, focusing on research and project coordination. Joan's early career includes an internship at the Institute for Solidarity in Asia, supporting resource development and event logistics, as well as working as an Editorial Assistant at the Union of Catholic Asian News. Joan holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies with a major in Development Studies and a minor in Gender Studies from Miriam College.
