Maynard Hung serves as the IT Service Management Division Head and FVP at the Philippine Bank of Communications since June 2023, leading the management and support of the organization's IT infrastructure to ensure system stability and performance. Prior to this role, Maynard accumulated extensive experience at Emerson from May 2006 to June 2023, progressing from a Tier 1 IT Service Desk Analyst to Manager of IT Service Delivery, overseeing IT budgeting, project management, and service delivery operations. Maynard's earlier roles include supervisory positions focused on service desk operations and technical support at ClientLogic, where responsibilities included managing support teams and providing customer assistance for complex technical issues. Maynard holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a major in Computer Science and Information System from Centro Escolar University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
