Riyadi Akbar is an experienced IT professional with significant expertise in analytics and digital transformation. Currently serving as IT CMDB Analytics Manager at Philip Morris International since February 2016, Riyadi focuses on establishing and maintaining CMDB data quality while leading digital transformation initiatives for the IT global team in Jakarta. This role involves the adoption of innovative working methods, including Design Thinking and Agile practices, along with the development of learning methodologies to enhance employee skills. Prior to this, Riyadi held the position of IS Global Team Lead - Analytics at Nielsen, where responsibilities included supporting clients with Business Intelligence tools and undertaking international assignments. Riyadi's career began as a Junior System Analyst at Petrolink Services and included a role in IT Broadcast at Global TV. Educational qualifications include a certificate in Business Analytics from Harvard Business School Online and a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Indonesia.
