Rasa Beniušė is an experienced professional in digital marketing and e-commerce management, currently serving as the E-com & CRM Manager and team lead at Philip Morris International since November 2019. Prior to this role, Rasa held the position of Group Web Product Development Manager at 4finance, a leading global FinTech company, from March 2014 to October 2019. Earlier career achievements include roles as Account Manager at Gaumina, a prominent Creative Digital Agency in the Baltics, and Advertising Department Manager at Ad Bees. Rasa began a career in project management at Stepala, an advertisement manufacturing company. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in International Marketing and Trade from IBS at Vilnius University, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Vilnius University, and a Bachelor's degree in Advertising Management from Vilnius College.
