Milena Cerdas, CCWP, is a seasoned professional in contingent workforce management with extensive experience in global strategy development and governance. Currently serving as the Contingent Workforce Global Strategy & Governance Manager at Philip Morris International since February 2022, Milena focuses on optimizing management strategies for agency workers, independent contractors, and outsourced workers. Prior to this role, Milena was the Global Category Manager at the same company and held various strategic sourcing positions at British American Tobacco, where responsibilities included leading procurement strategies for HR categories. Milena's expertise extends to marketing services sourcing at The Clorox Company and quality assurance roles at Cajas y Bolsas Grupo Cybsa and Kimberly-Clark.
