Kerry Symeonidis is an experienced Senior Building Surveyor currently employed at Philip Chun Building Compliance since September 2023, following a brief tenure in the same role at the City of Melbourne from June to September 2023. Prior experience includes four years as a Senior Building Surveyor at PLP Building Surveyors & Consultants, and four years at Gardner Group Pty Ltd as a Building Surveyor. Kerry's career began as an Assistant Building Surveyor at the City of Darebin and the City of Moreland, after working as a Building Consultant at JP FLYNN. Educationally, Kerry holds a Bachelor of Building Surveying from Holmesglen and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Built Environment), specializing in Construction Management, also from Holmesglen.
