Esther Larson is a seasoned nonprofit professional with extensive experience in program management and development. Currently serving as Senior Director of Programs at Philanthropy Roundtable since June 2021, Esther previously held the role of Director of Programs at Hope for New York, where oversight of a $2 million annual grant distribution to over 60 organizations supporting low-income communities was a key responsibility. Earlier experiences include directing donor development and fundraising at the New York City Coalition Against Hunger and managing communications and program analysis at the Metropolitan Council on Jewish Poverty. Esther's educational background includes a BA in French from Vanderbilt University, an MA in French Language and Civilization from New York University, an MPA in Non-Profit Management from Texas A&M University, and a Certificate of Business Excellence from Columbia Business School.
