Jason Lages started their work experience in 2017 as an Assistant Coach at FC DELCO, where they worked from May to July. In 2017, they also worked as a Private Soccer Trainer, starting in May. In 2018, they joined the Philadelphia Union as a U13 and U14 Assistant Coach, assisting the head coach in game preparation, developing strategies, supervising scouting, and making in-game coaching decisions.

Jason Lages started their education at Martha's Vineyard Regional High School in 2012 and completed their studies there in 2016. Jason then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree at Assumption University from 2016 to 2020. During their time at Assumption University, they majored in Criminology and minored in Spanish.
