Heather Redfern is an accomplished public affairs professional with extensive experience in communications and public information management. Currently serving as the Public Affairs Manager at Philadelphia International Airport since July 2019, Heather has previously held the role of Public Information Manager at the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority from November 2010 to July 2019. Earlier in their career, Heather worked as the Associate Director of Publications at Drexel University and as the Director of Outreach Programs at the Pennsylvania SPCA. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from La Salle University, earned in May 1997.
