Donna Jackson Stephans currently serves as Vice President at Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) since December 2023. Previously, Donna held the position of Chief Learning Officer for the City of Austin from March 2020 to December 2023. Donna's experience also includes a role as Sr. Consultant at Austin Energy from October 2010 to October 2020 and as Director of Centers for Policy and Innovation and Learning and Organizational Effectiveness at the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services from March 2006 to September 2010. Donna's educational background includes a Master of Science in Healthcare Human Resources and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Texas State University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Angelo State University.
