Mike Noel currently serves as the Director of Data and Evaluation at the Philadelphia Education Fund, where responsibilities include leading data strategy, overseeing data collection and analysis, and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making. Previously, Mike held the position of Data and Evaluations Manager at the same organization, focusing on the College Access Program. Earlier experience includes serving as Program Outcomes and Evaluation Manager at YouthBuild Philadelphia Charter School, where Mike managed program data and evaluation functions, and as Postsecondary Coordinator, specializing in data collection and career development support for high school students. Mike’s career also includes a role as Financial Aid Program Coordinator with AmeriCorps VISTA at PathwaysPA, focusing on financial education and self-sufficiency. Mike began the professional journey as an Office Assistant in the University President's Office at La Salle University, where a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology was earned.
