Rob Aukerman is an experienced executive in the animal health and nutrition industry, currently serving as the President of the North American Region at Phibro Animal Health since May 2019. Prior to this role, Rob held the position of President of Animal Nutrition and Health at PLAMAN Global from December 2017 to March 2019. Rob's extensive tenure at Elanco Animal Health, a division of Eli Lilly and Company, spanned from January 2003 to December 2016, where Rob advanced through various leadership roles including Vice President of New Business Strategy and Development, Vice President and President of North American Commercial Operations, Senior Director of Global Marketing, Area Director for the Pacific Rim, and Director of Innovation Strategy. Rob's education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Asbury University, earned between 1978 and 1981.
