Michael Jorgensen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Michael began their career as a Technology Business Analyst at First National Bank of Omaha in 2007 where they worked until 2014. Following that, they joined Birchwood Homes Inc as a Foreman, overseeing landscaping and hardscaping projects for a brief period in 2014. In the same year, they transitioned to MVP Laboratories, Inc where they worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist, reviewing and editing standard operating procedures. Since 2016, they have been employed at Phibro Animal Health, initially as an IT Manufacturing Systems Specialist and currently as a Mobile and Cloud Applications Lead. In their current role, they are responsible for project management, QA testing, and technical support for mobile solutions, and is also involved in enhancing functionality with creative solutions.

Michael Jorgensen attended Northeast Community College from 2001 to 2004, where they studied architecture. Michael then pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies, General at the University of Nebraska at Omaha from 2011 to 2022. In addition to their degrees, Michael obtained a Practical Project Manager (PPM) Certificate from PMOtraining.com in July 2022 and a 24 Hour Hazwoper Certification from the National Safety Council in April 2015.
