Johnathon Allen is currently serving as the Director of Graduate Engagement at Phi Gamma Delta since December 2022. Johnathon is also a Pastor at Eighth Avenue Baptist Church since May 2022. Prior to this, Johnathon worked as a School Counselor at VIGO COUNTY SCHOOL CORP. Johnathon earned a Master of Education degree in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from Indiana State University.
