Shikhar Sharma has worked in multiple companies in different roles. Shikhar started their career in 2015 at HDFC Bank as a Manager in E-commerce and Merchant Acquiring. In 2017, they joined Kotak Mahindra Bank as a Senior Manager, managing key accounts. In 2018, they moved to Fiserv as a Regional Business Manager. In 2022, they joined Pine Labs as the Regional Head for North in the Emerging Enterprise division. Currently, they are working at Phi Commerce Private Limited as the Strategic Partnerships & Enterprise Sales Manager for the North region.

Shikhar Sharma completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Rajasthan from 2009 to 2012. Shikhar then pursued an MBA from IBS Hyderabad from 2013 to 2015. In 2017, they attended MICA | The School of Ideas and obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Digital Communication. Before their university education, Shikhar attended Seedling School in Jaipur from 1996 to 2009. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Advance MS Excel, Certified Digital Marketer, and Post Graduate Course in Digital Media Marketing from Manipal Global Education Services and MICA | The School of Ideas.
