Ritu Londhe has had a long and varied career in marketing, starting with their role as a Marketing Executive at McCann in 2002. Ritu then moved to Ogilvy & Mather as a Senior Marketing Executive, before transitioning to self-employment as a Marketing Consultant in 2004. In 2016, they joined Phi Commerce Private Limited as a Marketing Manager, where they are responsible for the company's web properties and product solutions, as well as coordinating with digital and PR agency partners.

Ritu Londhe graduated from Calcutta University, Kolkata in 2002 with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Business/Commerce, General. Ritu attended the university from 1999 to 2002.
