Lorena Alves is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in customer operations and management. Currently serving as the Customer Operations Lead at phenox since May 2021, Lorena previously held various leadership roles, including Customer Service Intern and Kayak Supervisor at Southern Adventist University, where innovative revenue strategies were implemented.
