Sebastian Niewöhner has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Sebastian is currently working at Phenom as the Senior Director of Product Management, a position they assumed in February 2023. Prior to this role, they held the position of Head of Video Product at Phenom from February 2021 to January 2023.

Before joining Phenom, Sebastian was a Mentor at Founder Institute starting in August 2019.

Sebastian also has experience as the CEO & Co-Founder of Talentcube GmbH, which was later acquired by Phenom. Sebastian was with Talentcube GmbH from 2014 until February 2021.

Starting their career at CLAAS in 2008, Sebastian held various roles including SAP Consultant - Warehouse Management (pt), SAP Consultant - Warehouse Management, and Cooperative Education Student. Sebastian'stenure at CLAAS lasted until July 2014.

Sebastian Niewöhner holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Strategic IT Management from Stockholm University, which they obtained in 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Business Information Systems from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) between 2008 and 2011. During their undergraduate studies, they also spent a semester at UC Santa Barbara in 2010, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Business Information Systems as well. Sebastian Niewöhner has additional certifications as an Alumni of LMU Entrepreneurship Center, received the HR Innovation Award 2017 at ZukunftPersonal from spring Messe Management GmbH, and is a member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization.
