Pramod Dharbhashayanam has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Pramod also served as the Associate Director, Digital Transformation Leader, and High Perf Teams Delivery Manager at S&P Global Ratings, where they played a key role in the digital transformation of technology and product engineering. Pramod has experience as a Project Lead/Enterprise Architect/Scrum Master at Pegasystems, where they contributed to the design and development of Case Management Product and helped enable Pega Case Management Cloud. Additionally, they have worked as an Engineering Manager at Pramati Technologies Private Limited, a Lead Programmer Analyst/Solution Architect at Qualcomm, a Technology Lead at Capgemini, and an Associate/Tech Lead for multiple teams at CTS.
Pramod Dharbhashayanam received a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Chaitanya Bharathi Institute Of Technology in 2006. Prior to that, they completed their +2 (Intermediate) education in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry at Suresh Junior College from 1999 to 2001. Pramod also holds a 10th Standard (SSC) certificate from ZPSS Govt High School in 1999.
