Pooja Hurria is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Phenom since July 2023, Pooja previously held multiple positions at Solugenix from March 2019 to February 2023, culminating as Lead Executive in Human Resources. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Business Partner at Tech Mahindra from December 2016 to January 2019 and as an interior designer/color consultant at Asian Paints in late 2016. Pooja started at Asian Paints as a Consultant from June 2013 to August 2014. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies obtained in 2020, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from Dwaraka High School completed in 2014.
