Evan Lotty has a diverse work experience across various industries. Their most recent role was as a Business Development Lead - International at Phenom, starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Business Development Specialist - UK&I at Phenom from September 2022 to May 2023. Before joining Phenom, Evan worked as a Marketing Manager at Tezukayama Global Academy from February 2020 to August 2021. Evan also has experience as a Captain at An Seanchai Yacht from April 2019 to December 2019, and as a Team Supervisor at SAUNDERS INTERNATIONAL LIMITED from April 2018 to April 2019. Evan also founded and served as the Director of C&L Digital Marketing Solutions from March 2017 to February 2019. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Product Builder at Boston Scientific from September 2017 to March 2018, and as a Business Owner at EGW Meter Services from May 2013 to December 2015.

Evan Lotty completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Business Development and Entrepreneurship at Utrecht University from 2021 to 2022. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Business/Commerce from the University of Galway between 2013 and 2017. Their earlier education includes a Leaving Certificate from Coláiste an Phiarsaigh, Cork, which they completed from 2007 to 2013.
