Maggie Lasher Bradley has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as Salon Manager at Phenix Salon Suites Franchising since May 2018. Previously, Maggie worked at Charlotte Russe from May 2009 to February 2018, advancing through roles from Sales Associate to Store Manager, where significant accomplishments included increasing sales from $800,000 in fiscal 2012 to $1.7 million in fiscal 2017 and successfully decreasing shrink from 4%. Maggie also contributed as an Assistant Manager, supporting the operations of a $3 million business. Maggie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Merchandising from Indiana University Bloomington, achieved in 2010, and also attended the University of Southern Indiana from 2006 to 2008.
