Regina Shaffer possesses extensive experience in nursing and healthcare management, currently serving as the Director and Nurse Manager of an inpatient Acute Psychiatric Unit at Phelps Health since January 2005. Prior to this role, Regina worked at Phelps County Regional Medical Center as an Educator and ED Shift Manager from 2005 to 2012, and held positions as an Emergency Nurse at both Missouri Baptist Medical Center and Cox South & North from 2000 to 2004 and 1997 to 2000, respectively. Regina also served as the Director of Nursing at Cuba Manor Inc from 1995 to 1997. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Central Methodist University and an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from East Central College, along with certifications in nursing management and emergency nursing.
