Richard Matheny is a Senior Partner at Phelps Dunbar LLP, with previous experience as a Partner at Gordon Arata McCollam Duplantis & Eagan and a Senior Tax Manager at EY. Prior to their career in law, Richard served as a Captain in the United States Air Force. Matheny holds a JD from LSU Law Center and a BS in Accounting from Louisiana Tech University.
