J Clint Heckman, CMA, currently serves as the Assistant Tennis Coach at Penn State Harrisburg since August 2023, while also holding the position of Senior Manager of Treasury Operations and Analytics at PHEAA since August 2005. J Clint Heckman has significant experience in financial operations, including managing student loan payment processing, creating dynamic dashboards for operational analysis, and overseeing financial reporting and investments for the Department of Education. Previous roles include Manager of Financial System Risk and Analysis, Financial Analyst, Consulting Engineer at Dewberry, and Inspector at Buchart Horn, Inc. J Clint Heckman holds an MBA in Finance and a BS in Civil Engineering, both from Penn State University.
