Guy Marks currently serves as the Global CEO of PHD, a distinguished agency network recognized as Adweek's Global Media Agency of the Year for 2024. Prior to this role, Guy held the position of CEO EMEA at Omnicom Media Group from January 2022 to October 2023, overseeing several global media networks and specialist capabilities. As the former CEO of OMD EMEA from January 2018 to January 2022, Guy led over 6,000 professionals across 85 offices, contributing to multiple accolades, including Adweek's Global Media Agency of the Year in 2020 and 2019. Guy co-founded Mobile5 Media Limited, a mobile advertising agency acquired by Omnicom Media Group in 2014, and has held various directorial roles at other companies prior to that. Guy earned a BA Hons in Business Systems & Spanish from the University of the West of England.
