Shahrzad Jamali holds a Master's degree in Patient Safety and Healthcare Quality from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from California State University - East Bay. Shahrzad has extensive experience in healthcare quality improvement, currently serving as an Improvement Advisor at Partnership HealthPlan of California since September 2024. Prior to this role, Shahrzad was the Quality Improvement Program Manager and Process Improvement Analyst at Oroville Hospital from February 2018 to September 2024. Additionally, Shahrzad earned an Associate of Science degree in Health Services from Diablo Valley College.
