Dorian Roberts is a seasoned professional in project management and data strategy, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Partnership HealthPlan of California since October 2021. Dorian previously held the position of Manager of Data Strategy, Products & Platforms at Lionsgate for a brief period in 2021 and served in various roles at Partnership HealthPlan of California from 2018 to 2021, including Project Manager and Project Coordinator. Dorian is also the founder of Red Elephant Tea Co., where skills in design thinking and marketing were applied to cultivate a customer base and manage social media presence. Earlier experience includes a Research Assistant role at the University of Maryland Motivated Cognition Lab, supporting data collection and experimental design, along with a job shadowing opportunity at Kennedy Krieger Institute.
