Billy Phoutinan is a mechanical designer currently employed at PHC - Precision Hydraulic Cylinders, Inc. since November 2023. Prior to this role, Billy worked as an engineer at Edge-Works Manufacturing for three years, and as a process engineer at Textum Weaving Inc., where responsibilities included developing process control techniques to enhance workflow and efficiency.
