Melody Smith has extensive experience in healthcare administration, currently serving as Clinic Administrator II at Primary Health Care, Inc. since January 2014. Throughout various roles, Melody has contributed to culture building, managed patient services operations, and led COVID-19 testing and vaccination efforts. Previous positions include Team Lead of the Respiratory Clinic, Medical Office Manager, and Customer Care Manager, focusing on team leadership, compliance, and patient relations. Additionally, Melody has experience in education as an Adjunct Faculty member at Des Moines Area Community College, teaching Health Care Patient Services. Academic achievements include a Master of Public Administration in Health Care Administration from Upper Iowa University, along with degrees in Criminal Justice, Spanish, and several associate degrees.
