Kathleen Davis is an experienced healthcare management professional with a diverse background in hospice and medical office operations. Currently serving as a Hospice Care Consultant at Avalon Hospice and Medical Office Manager at Primary Health Care, Inc since 2017, Kathleen has demonstrated leadership throughout a career spanning over three decades. Key roles include Director of Hospice Services at Wesleylife and HCI Care Services, where responsibilities included managing teams and enhancing patient care. Previous experience includes managing clinic operations at Mercy West Internal Medicine and Lakeview Pediatrics, as well as program planning and quality improvement at Polk County Health Services, Inc.
