Tal Hochbaum's work experience includes being the Head of Business Operations at PhaseV from April 2023 to present. Prior to this, they held the same role at Autofleet from January 2023 to May 2023. They also served as a Business Development and Operations Manager at Autofleet from October 2020 to January 2023. Before their roles in the business sector, they worked as an Associate Attorney at Erdinast, Ben Nathan, Toledano & Co. Advocates from February 2016 to February 2020, where they specialized in capital markets cases, commercial litigation, and international arbitration. They began their legal career as a Legal Intern at S. Horowitz & Co. from September 2014 to August 2015, focusing on antitrust, class action, and litigation. They also served as a Legal Assistant and Associate Attorney at Talia Sasson, as Advocate for Municipality of Jerusalem from September 2011 to August 2014, where they handled a multi-year case and coordinated various parties involved. Prior to their legal career, they worked as a Psychometry Instructor at Kidum in 2010.

Tal Hochbaum obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree, with honors (Cum Laude), from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. This course of study spanned from 2010 to 2014. Tal focused on the field of Law during this period of education.
