James Schreffler has been working in the tech industry for over 10 years. James started their career in 2010 as the founder of Schreffler Innovations. In 2011, they took on a role as a consultant and brand representative for Lotus Tissue Repair. In 2015, they became a founding partner and chief executive of Silent Thunder Ordnance. James managed operations, led collaborative multinational marketing campaigns, and implemented high-automation production for scalability. Under their leadership, the company achieved rapid shift to profitability within 6 quarters of founding and revenue doubled annually from 2017 to 2019. Currently, James is working as a Developer at Phase2.

James Schreffler has a Bachelor of Biological Science from the University of Vermont, which they earned between 2008 and 2011. Prior to that, they attended Clarkson University in 2007-2008. In 2021, they completed courses in Web Development with freeCodeCamp and Drupal development and workflows with Drupal.org/Drupalize.me.
