Paulius Galinskis has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Paulius most recently worked at Phase One, where they served as the Director of Global Operations since July 2022. Prior to that, they were a Strategy Manager at Phase One from October 2020 to July 2022. Before joining Phase One, Paulius worked at McKinsey & Company, where they held the positions of Associate from May 2020 to October 2020 and Consultant from October 2018 to May 2020. During their time at McKinsey, they worked on projects related to Private Equity, M&A, post-merger integration, global sourcing, and supply chain across multiple countries including Denmark, Germany, and China.

Paulius also has experience working at Novo Nordisk as a Project Manager from May 2018 to October 2018, and at 3Shape as a Junior Product Manager from May 2017 to May 2018. Additionally, they worked at Novo Nordisk as a Procurement Consultant from February 2016 to April 2017 and as an Intern from September 2015 to February 2016.

Paulius gained teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Copenhagen from February 2014 to June 2015 and as an Instructor at Copenhagen Business School from February 2014 to June 2014. Overall, Paulius has demonstrated expertise in operations, strategy, project management, procurement, and teaching throughout their diverse work experience.

Paulius Galinskis completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen from 2010 to 2013. Paulius then pursued their Master of Science (MSc) in Economics at the same university from 2013 to 2016. In 2013, Paulius also spent one year as a Visiting Graduate Student at the University of Melbourne, where they focused on Economics.
