YuFeng Deng has over 13 years of work experience in software development and engineering. YuFeng is currently working at Pharos Systems International as a Senior Software Engineer, where they have been employed since May 2022. Before that, they worked at DroneDeploy as a Senior Full Stack Engineer in Ground Robotics from August 2021 to April 2022. Prior to that, they were a Senior Full Stack Developer at Rocos - Robot Operations Platform from March 2020 to August 2021.

From March 2019 to March 2020, YuFeng was a Research and Development Team Lead at Catch Software. Before that, they worked as a Full Stack Developer at Catch Software from July 2017 to March 2019. YuFeng also has experience as a Senior Software Developer and Project Tech Lead at Fiserv Auckland from June 2010 to July 2017. YuFeng started their career as a Software Developer at Wine-Searcher.com from June 2009 to June 2010.

YuFeng Deng completed a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology from The University of Auckland, which they attended from 2005 to 2009. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Computer Science from The University of Auckland, which they successfully completed in the period of 2012 to 2020.
