Marialba Ayala has worked as a Senior Project Manager at Pharos Solutions, Inc. since 2023. Prior to that, they also held the same role at Rock Solid ERP, which was rebranded as Pharos Solutions. Their tenure at Rock Solid ERP spanned from 2014 to 2023.

Marialba Ayala obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico, completing their education from 2000 to 2003.
