Theresa Willen, M.Ed., is an experienced educational leader specializing in curriculum development and instructional design. Currently serving as the Curriculum Development Manager at Truth and Transformation since July 2024, Theresa also founded Educational Renovation, LLC, providing support to homeschooling families and consulting services to small businesses in instructional design. Prior roles include Principal at TeachBeyond, where Theresa oversaw educational programs, and Instructional Systems Designer at rockITdata, focusing on US Coast Guard training solutions. With extensive experience in learning and development from positions at WSFS Bank and PNC Bank, Theresa is pursuing a Doctor of Education degree at Regent University, building on prior degrees in education and German language and literature.
