Paddy Qi has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2018, they worked as a Pharmacy Assistant at Suzhou Municipal Hospital for two months. In 2019, Paddy had an internship at Gear Pharma. They then moved on to work as a Project Associate at Wisepoint Consulting Ltd. from October 2020 to January 2021. Currently, Paddy is working at PharmEng Technology as a Project Manager since May 2022. In this role, they are responsible for designing and building a cell culture lab fit-out in Singapore, managing the entire construction project life-cycle. They have hands-on experience in regulatory intelligence and affairs, and have dealt with Health Authorities to build relationships. Paddy has also demonstrated skills in procurement, project management, budget control, and business development.

Paddy Qi completed a Master of Science (MSc) in International Business from HEC Montréal, from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Pharmaceutical Engineering from Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine, where they studied from 2014 to 2019. In addition, Paddy Qi acquired certification in "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" from Google in September 2021.
