Steve Martin has over 25 years of work experience in various managerial roles. Steve started their career in 1996 at Abbott, where they held roles as a Senior Business Analyst and Divisional Financial Manager. Steve then transitioned into logistics and operations, working as a National Manager, Senior Manager, and Affiliate Project Manager at Abbott. In 2004, they took on a dual role as Business Unit Head and Manager for generic and non-promoted products, where they restructured contracts and transformed the business planning process. From 2005 to 2013, they were a Director at Abbott, leading strategic commercial teams and driving portfolio growth. In 2015, they joined BGP Pharma/Abbott EPD as Director of Retail Trade Relations and External Partnerships, leading a team in developing and executing a growth strategy. Steve then moved to Roche in 2017, where they served as Director of Marketing for Core Labs and Point of Care, focusing on value partnering and driving integrated solutions. Currently, they are the Global Head of Marketing and Commercial Operations at Pharmascience International, leading the expansion of the product portfolio across multiple regions. Overall, Steve Martin has a strong background in marketing, commercial operations, and business growth acceleration.

Steve Martin holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting/Marketing from Concordia University. Steve also obtained a CPA, CMA degree in Management Accounting from Concordia University. Additionally, they hold a Professional Designation in Logistics from the Canadian Logistics Institute in the field of Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. Steve has further certifications, including an Oliver Wight Commercial Excellence Certification from Oliver Wight Americas, Inc. obtained in 2003, and a Business Excellence certification from the same institution.
