Gennaro D'Alicandro has held a variety of roles in the operations and logistics field. From 2013 to 2017, they were the Capo Sezione Demanio Ambiente e Contenzioso at Capitaneria di Porto. From 2017 to 2019, they were the Capo Sezione Tecnica, Sicurezza e Difesa Portuale at Capitaneria di Porto di Marina di Carrara. From 2019 to 2020, they were the Area Manager at Amazon Logistics, leading a team of Shift Managers, Operations Supervisors, Operations Assistants and Delivery Service Providers. Gennaro is currently an Operations Manager at LTS SRL and will soon be an Operations Manager at PharmaPrime.

Gennaro D'Alicandro completed their Laurea 1° Livello in Economia e Legislazione dei Sistemi Logistici from Università di Pisa between 2014 and 2017. Prior to this, they completed their Laurea Specialistica in Scienze del Governo e dell'Amministrazione del Mare from Accademia Navale di Livorno between 2007 and 2012.
